The journey to validate ARTISEA began with my immersion in the art world. I started attending exhibitions and art gatherings, where I had the chance to engage with artists, collectors, gallery owners, and enthusiasts. Listening to their experiences gave me invaluable insights into how different stakeholders operate, what their concerns are, and the challenges they face.

These conversations revealed recurring themes. ARTISEA struggled with visibility and fair opportunities to showcase their work. Collectors often found it difficult to discover unique pieces or connect personally with creators. Galleries needed ways to expand their reach and strengthen their role in the evolving art ecosystem.

As I delved deeper, one thing led to another, and I found myself surrounded by an incredible network of people from the art industry. This eventually led to an opportunity to take a course at the Kai Art Center in Tallinn, Estonia, titled “How to Start Your Art Business.”

The course was transformative. It felt like a startup incubator, offering me structured guidance, feedback, and validation for the idea behind ARTISEA. The instructors and fellow participants provided fresh perspectives, confirming the platform’s potential to solve critical gaps in the art world.

This hands-on experience at the Kai Art Center solidified my vision for ARTISEA. However, this is just the beginning. At the moment, we are still in the process of validating the platform and gathering valuable feedback from the art community. Every conversation, insight, and suggestion brings us closer to creating a solution that truly addresses the needs of artists, collectors, and galleries alike. ARTISEA is taking shape as a platform built with and for the people it aims to serve, and we’re excited to see where this journey leads.
